Trammell Crow, Clarion Break Ground on 600K-SF Logistics Facility

Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and New York-based Clarion Partners, LLC commenced construction on Sierra Lakes Commerce Center, a speculative 598,000-square-foot logistics center in Fontana, CA. The Class A industrial project, which sits on a 27.5-acre site along Sierra Avenue and Interstate 210, will also feature 2,000 square feet of office space. The building is scheduled to deliver in Q1 2018.

TCC’s Tom Bak says, “We are thrilled to once again be partnering with Clarion to deliver another world-class building to the Inland Empire, which wouldn’t have been possible without the support from the City of Fontana and officials at San Bernardino County.”

The cross-dock building will feature the latest Class A specifications required by sophisticated e-commerce users. The facility includes 36-foot clear height, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, counter-clockwise truck circulation, 98 dock high doors, 134 trailer storage spaces, auto parking for 200 vehicles, and ESFR fire protection.
