Sprouts-Anchored Center Gets Sandwich Shop

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop recently leased a 1,300-square-foot shop space at the Sprouts-anchored Merge retail center in Eastvale located at 5984 Archibald Ave. Capriotti’s is projected to open later this year.

The Merge is a new 26-acre mixed-use center located at the northeast corner of Archibald and Limonite avenues. The project includes a 70,000-square-foot retail center and 336,000-square-foot light industrial business park. In addition to the recently opened Sprouts and Starbucks drive-thru, other retailers slated to open at The Merge include Dog Haus, Noodle St., Pure Barre, Kumon and Carbon Health.

Founded in 1976, Capriotti’s is a fast casual national restaurant chain with more than 110 locations in 15 states. Capriotti’s mission is to share its passion, one sandwich at a time, and is on pace to surpass 2021 delivery projections with more than 35 million direct-to-door deliveries by 2023.

Roxy Klein, Progressive Real Estate Partners retail specialist, represented Capriotti’s in the lease transaction.
