San Diego-based RAF Pacifica Group broke ground on three, ground-up creative industrial developments totaling $110 million in North County San Diego. The developments encompass nearly 670,000 square feet of space and are slated to deliver in 2018.
RAF Pacifica’s Adam Robinson says, “Now more than ever, the ‘if you build it, they will come’ mantra rings true for high-caliber industrial product in North County San Diego.”
The three development projects include:
- Vector (pictured below), a 171,098 square-foot, two-story industrial/R&D facility in the Carlsbad Oaks North corporate business park, with an estimated development cost of $29 million.
- Distribute (rendering above), a two-building, 277,410-square-foot creative office and industrial development in Carlsbad, with an estimated development cost of $44 million.
- Production, a 219,477-square-foot, four-building creative industrial campus in San Marcos, with an estimated development cost of $37 million.
