Feld’s ‘Game-Changing’ Arrival at NGKF

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) continues to bulk up on CRE power players with the addition of Bradley J. Feld, one of L.A.’s most accomplished and respected brokers. Feld, who brings nearly three decades of high-profile landlord and tenant representation, joins NGKF as Vice Chairman in Southern California.

Feld joins NGKF after six years at Madison Partners, where he served as partner, and before that he spent two decades at Cushman & Wakefield.

NGKF’s Greg May says, “We’re thrilled that we are able to bring Brad Feld onto our platform. He is an iconic broker in L.A. and will further help us expand our already rapidly growing platform. His enthusiasm is palpable. He’s truly a ‘game changer’.”

Feld’s new role will focus on building a landlord/agency and large tenant rep practice. His institutional ownership experience encompasses some of the most highly regarded landlords in the industry, including Deutsche Bank/REEF, Shorenstein Properties, JP Morgan, Clarion Partners, Kilroy Realty and EOP.

On the tenant side, Feld’s handled some of the largest and most noteworthy entertainment transactions involving such firms as Viacom Inc., Paramount Studios, Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! Entertainment Television, Comcast Entertainment Group, MTV Networks and more.
