Escondido Multifamily is Well-Positioned for Renter Demand

Garden View Apartments in Escondido will continue to be a strong, stabilized investment in one of the region’s top-performing markets. Moreover, it is well-positioned to meet high renter demand, say brokers associated with its recent acquisition.

The 56-unit multifamily property in North San Diego County recently sold for $14.45 million to an undisclosed buyer. Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International San Diego region’s multifamily advisory team represented the undisclosed seller. Wonder Dog Realty represented the buyer.

Garden View Apartments is located at 250 Rose St. The three-building 39,200-square-foot property features a mix of 32 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 24 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The exteriors of the property and nearly all the unit interiors recently underwent significant renovations.
