Briggs Corporate Center Lease Comes as Full Reno Concludes

Immediately after completing a full renovation of Briggs Corporate Center, Space Investment Partners LLC and JLL signed the first lease at the 51,939-square-foot industrial building located in Costa Mesa. High Performance Nutrition leased 265 Briggs, one of three units in the project consisting of 19,079 square feet. It is relocating from another facility in Costa Mesa where it occupied 10,000 square feet.

JLL’s Wade Tift, Byron Foss and Nick Carey represented the landlord, Space Investment Partners LLC, in the lease.  High Performance Nutrition was represented by Nathan Demosthenes of Cushman & Wakefield. The JLL team is marketing the two remaining units for lease or sale at Briggs Corporate Center: 261 Briggs totaling 15,455 square feet and 263 Briggs totaling 17,405 square feet.
