La Jolla, CA-based Badiee Development plans to develop Keystone Victory Industrial Park, a 77,850-square-foot, two-building industrial campus in Vista, CA. The site is located on one of the last available industrial parcels in Southwest Vista, and is set to break ground in Q1 2017.
The development is valued at $13.9 million, including the recent purchase of the 10-acre, raw land parcel yielding 5-net developable acres.
Badiee Development’s John Couvillion says, “The designated open space surrounding the property and its adjacent proximity to Carlsbad with hilltop westerly views make it the leading location in the area for the development of a modern, highly functional industrial campus.”
Colliers International’s Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin represented Badiee Development in the land purchase, and are handling the leasing for the project.
