SVN | Parsons Arranges $7M Sale of Retail Portfolio in Metro Boston

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has arranged the $7 million sale of a 15,181-square-foot retail portfolio in Newton, Waltham and Bellingham, MASS.

The properties are located at 40 Austin Street in Newton, 1290 Main Street in Waltham, 4 North Main Street in Bellingham and 231
East Central Street in Franklin. Marilyn Santiago of SVN was the sole broker in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.

“The Rockland Portfolio presented a dynamic and rare opportunity for investors to acquire a stable multi-building investment in some of Greater Boston’s desirable submarkets,” said Santiago. “The sale shows that the investment sales market in the Greater Boston region is still viable for the right assets and the right investors in spite of the current challenges.”
