Samuels & Associates Names Ami Fatula CFO in Boston

Boston-based developer Samuels & Associates has announced that Ami Fatula has joined the firm as CFO. Fatula brings more than a decade of progressive leadership in real estate investment, operations and finance to the team.

In her new role, Fatula will lead the overall finance operations and manage the Company’s capital needs, as well as plan for the continued growth of the company from a financial perspective. Fatula served most recently in the CFO roles at Jones Street, Corcoran Management Company and Northland Investment Corp. She has extensive experience in all asset classes, investor relations, private and public level reporting, team leadership and process improvement. Fatula began her career at Ernst and Young and also served as Vice President and Controller for AEW Capital Management.
