Paul Ambrose Joins CushWake’s Valuation Team in Boston

Cushman & Wakefield  added Paul Ambrose to its Boston valuation and advisory team as senior director. He’ll will be responsible for valuing complex commercial and multifamily assets throughout New England. 

“We’re extremely impressed with Paul’s experience and the impact he’s has on the commercial real estate industry in the Greater Boston region,” said executive managing director Robert Skinner. “He’s had an impeccable track record in the valuation of a wide variety of both commercial and multifamily property types and we’re confident he will be an invaluable member of our team.”

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ambrose spent the last 15 years at Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc., where he served as a director with the New England regional office. Ambrose has prepared appraisals for national and local banks, government agencies, insurance companies and owners. He has also provided quarterly valuations for various institutional investors and advisors.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
