Located on more than 19 acres, the property is currently fully leased. The facility is located at 11 Forbes Rd. in Northborough, just outside of Worcester. Completed in 1987, the building features a cGMP-warehouse space for shipping and receiving, quality control and cold and high-bay racking storage, along with offices and a laboratory.

Coleman Benedict, Matthew Sherry, Ben Sayles, Michael Restivo and Corbin Stall of JLL represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was Chicago-based Capri EGM.
