Mount Vernon Co. Taps Shinrock as Executive VP in Boston

Boston-based multifamily owner and operator The Mount Vernon Co. has promoted Eric Shinrock to Executive Vice President.

Shinrock has served as project manager for a series of high-profile developments by Mount Vernon Co. over the past five years. He has served as vice president of development and senior project manager for the firm. Since Shinrock has joined the firm, the company’s portfolio has grown nearly fifty percent. Shinrock will be in charge of new acquisitions for the company on a going forward basis along with Bruce Percelay and will be directing the company’s efforts in both New England and new markets.

“Eric has guided the company through the development of several complex projects as well as a range of new acquisitions and has demonstrated a strategic vision that will help guide us in the years to come,” said Percelay.
