FirstService Residential Tapped to Manage Rhode Island Condominiums

Property management firm FirstService Residential has been tapped to provide full-service property management services to the Shadow Farm Condominium Association in Wakefield, R.I.

The lakefront townhouse condominium is located on one of the early South County plantations and offers proximity to shopping, tennis, restaurants and a bike path. Homeowners enjoy fishing, canoeing/kayaking on Silver Lake, as well as the community’s pool and tennis courts. The community is also nearby Narragansett Pier beach and several other beaches.

“Partnering with this impressive community expands our presence in the Rhode Island market,” said Bryan Hughes, president, New England at FirstService Residential. “Our proven track record of budget optimization and technology coupled with our years of experience in vendor management are a few of the reasons the Shadow Farm’s trustees selected FirstService Residential.”
