CBRE Brokers Sale of 266-Unit MF Property in Salem

CBRE has arranged the sale of Bell at Salem Station, a 266-unit multifamily property in Salem. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 190 Bridge St., the market-rate community consists of 266 apartment units spread across more than 10 acres. The property consists of four elevatored buildings as well as four separate two-story townhouse buildings. Community features include a clubhouse with resident amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, media room and community room.

Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE represented the seller, Bell Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was Pacific Urban Residential in their first acquisition in the Boston market.
