Casa Builders and Developers has begun construction on Wyman Farms, a 26-unit senior living community in Shrewsbury.
The community will feature 13 duplex-style residences with two bedrooms each for residents aged 55 and older. It is located nearby UMass Memorial Medical Center University Campus, as well as retailers Wegmans, Walmart and Whole Foods Market.
The community is expected to be completed in 2022.
