Callahan Construction Completes 90-Unit Senior Housing Project in Hingham

Callahan Construction Managers has completed the Residence at Penniman Hill, a 90-unit assisted living community in Hingham, MASS. The development is owned and operated by LCB Senior Living. The project is Callahan’s fourth with LCB. The Architectural Team Inc. served as the design firm.

The Residence at Penniman Hill offers 90 assisted living and memory care living apartments for local seniors. The 90,000-square-foot, 3-story building includes studio, one, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include an activity room, beauty salon, café and bistro, exterior planting areas and a memory garden. The property is located nearby the Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham.
