Amodio & Co. Real Estate Arranges $11M Sale of Connecticut Industrial Facility

Commercial real estate firm Amodio & Co. Real Estate has arranged the $10.6 million sale of a 200,000-square-foot industrial facility in Suffield, CONN.

The manufacturing/distribution facility is located at 100 Marketing Drive and includes modern 34-foot high-bay warehousing, manufacturing, R&D and flex-office facilities. It features 20 truck loading docks and three truck drive-in doors. Amenities include multiple fitness rooms and refreshment bars and a prototype company store to study merchandising methods.

The property was formerly occupied by Windsor Marketing Group (WMG) which designed, manufactured and installed “in-store” signage. Amodio & Co. Real Estate represented the seller, Marketing Research Park, in this transaction. The buyer was a Connecticut headquartered manufacturer of flooring materials.
