Joan Marie Walters is the Senior Preconstruction Manager with Skyline Construction’s Washington State office. She brings over 20 years of commercial construction experience, as well as previous leadership in running division-level operations.

Her primary duties include leading preconstruction for commercial interior projects throughout the Puget Sound region. She also works with architects, owners, trade partners and others to ensure that precon projects are seamless.

Throughout her career, Walters has led large-scale projects, empowered and managed teams and oversaw division operations.

She is a board member with CREW Seattle.
