Bruce Stachenfeld is a founding partner of Adler Stachenfeld and founder of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses on fund formations, international/cross-border transactions, joint ventures and opportunity zones.

With his four decades in real estate, Stachenfeld has represented clients in partnerships, limited liability companies, and other co-venture situations.

An industry thought leader, Stachenfeld writes a bi-weekly column for AboveTheLaw.com entitled “Power Niche Marketing,” publishes a regular series entitled “The Real Estate Philosopher®,” and lectures on topics such as the importance of attracting, training and retaining “talent” as the critical ingredient for a successful real estate law firm or real estate business. He is the author of many books, including “The Real Estate Philosopher’s Guide.”
