Data-driven strategy means projected 2023 revenues of $35 million
Andrew Nolan is President of Commercial and Single-Family Rental at MCS, a leading commercial property services company. In his role, Nolan works directly with the operations teams on day-to-day management while driving the long-term vision for business lines. He focuses on leveraging technology to improve operations and translate data into desired customer experiences.
Nolan spent the early part of career in regional facilities management which provided a unique perspective integral to growth in the business sector. He joined MCS in late 2021, overseeing the successful launch and subsequent exponential growth of the Commercial and Single-Family Rental business lines in 2022.
Nolan is also active in mergers and acquisitions, overseeing the recent acquisition of Chain Store Maintenance. This acquisition significantly added to MCS’s presence in the commercial property services sector.
Nolan’s data-driven strategy and service-driven mentality grew MCS’s commercial business to projected 2023 revenues of $35 million. The single-family services business unit grew to $5 million in revenue in 2022, and a forecast revenue of more than $20 million this year.
