Brian Bratton
Involved with 182 transactions valued at more than $318 million
Named Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Rookie of the Year; earned SIOR
Brian Bratton joined King Industrial five years ago. Since that time, he has been named Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year, earned his SIOR designation (the youngest to do so), promoted to vice president and is now one of King Industrial’s top producers. In his career with King Industrial, Bratton has been involved in 182 transactions valued at more than $318 million.
From the start, Bratton excelled in cold calling follow-ups. He also found opportunity in off-market buildings, which he put in front of investors and owners/users. Thanks to new technology and techniques, Bratton has taken prospecting to a higher level.
This has led to long-term trusted relationships, with help from Steve Ratchford, one of King Industrial’s senior agents. Together, Bratton and Ratchford helped start and build a portfolio of industrial buildings in Atlanta, which currently numbers 34. Another deal closed by the duo consisted of an eight-building, $23-million sale on behalf of an owner, following years of following up.
Bratton also work with and mentors newer agents at King Industrial, helping them become successful. They look to him for advice, expertise and solutions.
These are just a few reasons we chose Brian Bratton as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
