Jennifer Lloyd serves as Creative Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate and brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Having worked with multiple product types (retail, multifamily, office, industrial) within several different business lines (development, brokerage, architecture), Jennifer’s varied background gives her a well-rounded sense of the industry.
Prior to joining Connect, Jennifer served as head of marketing for OliverMcMillan (now part of Brookfield Properties), a premier developer of multifamily and luxury mixed-use properties across the nation. In her role at OliverMcMillan, Jennifer developed and managed multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, campaigns, and plans for various project in pre-development, development & construction, and operational phases.
As Creative Director, Jennifer manages creative and product marketing for all divisions of Connect – developing campaigns, designing visuals, and guiding marketing solutions. She aher her team also work with clients across various commercial real estate industries, asset classes and regions to plan and implement unified branding, design, and messaging across a variety of platforms.
Jennifer is an active member of her community and currently serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for a foster youth on behalf of Voices for Children, San Diego. She advocates for the best interests to ensure the child is well cared for in the foster care system including education, medical, and emotional needs.
Jennifer currently resides in San Diego and graduated from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
