TCC, High Street Tapped to Develop MXU Project at Georgia Tech

Commercial real estate developer Trammell Crow Co. (TCC), along with its residential subsidiary, High Street Residential, has been tapped to deliver Technology Enterprise Park (TEP), a large-scale mixed-use project on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta.

TCC has been tapped to develop the remaining phases of TEP. The project currently consists of two existing buildings that house research and lab space. TCC will begin the park’s long-term expansion with Phase 1, which will consist of two buildings that include 370,000 square feet of lab and office space and 280 residential apartments.

“This project is an opportunity for our firm to develop deeper roots in the local Atlanta community, which will directly benefit from a significant grant by each of the planned five project phases to establish a sustainable education and training program at TEP for residents, students and teachers in surrounding neighborhoods to expose them to careers in the biomedical and life sciences industry,” said Brandon Houston, Principal at TCC Atlanta. We look forward to collaborating with GATV and community stakeholders during the next steps in the development process.”
