Real estate private equity firm Stonelake Capital Partners has acquired a seven-property, 530,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Atlanta. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.
The portfolio consists of 5025 North Royal Atlanta Drive in Tucker; 4164 Northeast Expressway in Atlanta; 470 and 472 Plaza Drive in Atlanta and 4820 Clark Howell in Atlanta. Stonelake is also currently under contract on an additional 300,000 square feet of industrial assets across Atlanta which will bring Stonelake’s ownership of Atlanta industrial warehouses to 26 buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet in 2020.
Stonelake acquired the portfolio via an off-market transaction through Stonelake Opportunity Partners V LP, which is Stonelake’s fifth (5th) private equity fund totaling $326 million in equity capital commitments.
