SRS Arranges Record Deal for Publix-Anchored Center in Alabama

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group arranged the $18.3-million sale of Publix and Shops at Tattersall Park, a 100%-occupied, grocery-anchored retail center in Hoover, AL. The center at 6215, 6219 Tattersall Blvd. is anchored by an industry-leading, full-service Publix Grocery Store, Publix’s Aprons Cooking School, Goodwill and other regional tenants.

SRS’ Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther represented the seller and developer in the transaction that achieved a record-breaking sub-6% cap rate pricing. The buyer was a private California investor, also represented by Mousavi and Luther

“Tattersall Park is an affluent suburb of Birmingham and one of the strongest submarkets in the state of Alabama. We received strong interest for this offering from a wide range of investor profiles,” Mousavi said. He notes, the property is ideally located in the affluent core retail portion of the 78-acre Tattersall Park mixed-use development.
