Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 672-Unit South Carolina MF Portfolio

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a four-property, 672-unit multifamily portfolio in Columbia, S.C. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built between 1969 and 1975, the properties are centrally located in Columbia near interstates 26, 20, and 77. They include the 240-unit Austin Woods Apartments; the 120-unit Mallard Pointe Apartments, the 200-unit Harbour Landing and the 112-unit Ravenwood Hills. Ravenwood Hills is in Columbia’s Forest Acres submarket and the other three properties are in Southeast Columbia.

Chez Eider and Drew Babcock of Marcus & Millichap’s Columbia office represented the New Jersey-based seller, Eskay Management, in the transaction. The buyer was a partnership between Arch Cos. and Drake Real Estate Partners, both of which are based in New York.
