Commercial contractor Macallan Works has recently completed $3 million in renovations for three Phoenix Senior Living facilities in Roswell, Dunwoody and Marietta.
Work included modernizing front entry, reception areas, dining rooms and gathering spaces at all three facilities totaling around 33,000 square feet. The Phoenix Senior Living at Johnson Ferry location in Marietta also included a bistro area makeover and lobby renovation.
As a specialty renovations company, Macallan Works had to account for the increased susceptibility of seniors to contracting and spreading COVID-19, and through its renovation and design plans was able to allow for increased social distancing of community members and easier sanitation of common areas.
