Liberty Property Trust Renews 91K-SF Lease with Southwest Airlines in Forest Park

Liberty Property Trust secured a 91,250-square-foot lease renewal for Southwest Airlines at 2000 Southpointe Dr. in Forest Park. The tenant has been at the property since 1999.

Additionally, Liberty Property Trust secured a new lease with Rivacold Americas for 73,635 square feet at 3535 Gravel Springs Rd. Extension in Buford. The company will move into the space in June. Ryan Blackburn at Foundry Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction. Nathan Anderson of NAI Brannen/Goddard represented Liberty Property Trust.

“Second quarter has started out strong, and we anticipate that activity will increase as we head to summer and the market further tightens,” said Steve Rowley, vice president at Liberty Property Trust in Georgia.
