Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Towne Park at Har-ber, a 237-unit apartment community located in Springdale, AR. Martin Bynum and Craig Hey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, BSR REIT, in the transaction. Block Funds acquired the property. The sales price was not disclosed.
Built in 2016, the community is located within a desirable submarket in Springdale. Amenities include swimming pool with sun deck, a fitness center and community clubhouse.
“Towne Park at Har-ber is one of the area’s most prized assets and is in great position for future growth,” said Bynum. “New ownership is excited to expand its holdings with one of the premier assets in Northwest Arkansas.”
