Berkadia Arranges $50M Sale of Two-Property MF Portfolio in Greenville

Berkadia has arranged the combined $49.8 million sale of two garden-style multifamily properties in Greenville, S.C. The properties include the Park at Sorrento, a 242-unit community and the Park at Toscana, a 172-unit property.

The Park at Sorrento is located at 660 Halton Road and features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with in-unit washers and dryers. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a tennis court. The Park at Toscana is located at 2900 E North St. and features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

Mark Boyce and Blake Coffey of Berkadia’s Carolinas office represented the seller, an undisclosed entity, in the transaction. The buyer was Nebraska-based Foundation for Affordable Housing. The deals closed February 9.
