Avison Young has arranged the sale of the Eastside Logistics Center, a 354,518-square-foot logistics facility in Matthews, N.C. The sales price was not disclosed.
The last-mile distribution and light manufacturing facility was also formerly utilized as the Family Dollar headquarters, which had become a surplus asset due to the acquisition of Family Dollar by the Dollar Tree organization. The property is located on nearly 44 acres at 10301 Monroe Road.
Jeff Heller of Avison Young’s New Jersey office, along with Chris Skibinski of the firm’s Charlotte office, represented the seller, Dollar Tree Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was Basking Ridge, N.J.-based Silverman Group.
