B6 Lists New-Construction Elevator Building in Midtown West

B6 Real Estate Advisors  will serve as the exclusive agents of sale for 362 W. 53rd St., a new-construction property in Midtown West listed for $8.5 million. The property was built for a condo-conversion, B6 says it represents a rare opportunity to acquire a newly built elevatored building in the neighborhood.  

Chris Brodhead and Nikola Cosic of B6 are representing the owner, 362 West 53rd Street LLC. The property is six stories, with nine residential units, four of which have outdoor space. The ground-floor commerciail space is leased to Michelin-rated restaurant Yakitori Torishin. 

362 W. 53rd is located near Columbus Circle and Central Park. Nearby retailers include Starbucks, P.F. Chang’s, Chase Bank and Planet Fitmess. The property is easily accessible from the A, C, B, D, E, 1 and 2 subway lines
